I’ve been a customer for years, but I’ve finally had enough and am switching providers. For nearly 5 years, the internet line at my home has been left unburied. It has been exposed to the elements and repeatedly driven over, and now the line is damaged. Despite bringing this to the company’s attention, they have refused to properly repair or bury the line. On top of that, my bill has gone from around $75/month to approximately $160/month in the past year, which is an absolutely unreasonable increase for the service I’m receiving. I also recently discovered an $18.85 monthly Max/HBO Max charge on my bill that I never knowingly added. I was already paying for Max separately and was never given anything from the provider that allowed me to use the Max service I was being charged for. When I contacted the company about these issues, they refused to make things right. After years of being a customer, I expected better. The combination of poor infrastructure maintenance, a damaged line that they won’t properly address, dramatic price increases, and unexpected charges has made the decision to leave very easy. I would not recommend this provider

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. They call me at work to offer me trash discounts and other garbage. TOLD THEM TO STOP BUT THEY DIDN'T LISTEN. Had to yell mean things at them to get them to stop calling me. On top of the fact I can't load videos over wifi bc the equipment they give you is garbage. Just go with someone else. You'll save money and headaches.

Andrew was incredibly helpful with my Wi-Fi setup. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and would highly recommend him to anyone needing Wi-Fi or networking assistance!

I just want to say we have been having a lot of problems with our optimum cable and internet. We had a few good techs come out and work hard to fix it. It took a long time. Andrew was the one that worked the hardest he worked with us and explained step by step what was going on. Very respectful. Friendly. If we have more problems i would like him to come back.

I didn't experience any issues with the physical store itself, but regarding the "Optimum" brand—or the company behind it—here is what I have to say: it offers the worst home internet service, the worst customer service, and the worst phone line I have ever used in my life. The home internet cuts out at 10:00 AM, yet when I call customer service, I am told there are "no issues." For three consecutive days, I was left without internet at home until 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM; meanwhile, they continue to charge me an exorbitant amount of money while doing absolutely nothing to resolve the problem. In short—especially when there are high-quality alternatives available like AT&T—do not, under any circumstances, choose this company. They lure you in with attractive discounts and enticing offers, but it is all a deception; furthermore, when you decide to cancel your service, they attempt to hit you with additional fees. Choosing this company would be doing yourself the greatest disservice of your life. For instance, I currently have no internet at home; I called customer service ten times, and their only suggestion was to simply reset the modem. Despite paying an extra $15 per month specificall
